      She’s unfit to be a teacher, yes he had finished school technically and he was 18 but this is just wrong.

      She was in a position of power and trust and she abused it.

      Not surprising. I had a /very/ uncomfortable series of encounters with an older female teacher in secondary school. I refused to be alone in a room with her.

      I know a teacher from my old school who is now with a past pupil of his, makes my skin crawl. Left his wife and family, the lot!

      What about the Irish teacher who was struck off in England due to inappropriate relationships with multiple students? Came home to no consequences and no fan fair, not one single article. Back into Irish society, was able to go about his life as if nothing happened, even managed to marry and have a child.

      Oh yeah, that sick fucker is now in prison in the UK for raping a girl over there.

      Mad that these people are ever let around kids, the dangers are right under our noses, it’s not the boogeymen that Facebook would lead you to believe it is.

      I can’t read the article. Is she still teaching.? This is so unbelievably gross and so very disturbing.

      _Former_ pupil? So… two free adults with no disqualifying power dynamic or abuse of trust? You can say “ick” but if there’s no crime involved, then it’s nobody else’s business.

      My 4th class teacher asked me on a date when I was 24. It was so incredibly awkward. This was a man who slapped me with a ruler when I was a child.
