TLDR: durante la pulizia profonda di routine mensile ho trovato questo fungo sul lato del mio letto e non so se dovrei provare a ripulirlo da solo o parlarne al proprietario.
Vivo in un WG. Nella mia stanza, ogni mese faccio una bella pulizia. Ho viaggiato nel mio paese per Natale, ma prima di partire ho pulito tutta la stanza come faccio di solito e ho lasciato le finestre aperte (per evitare questo genere di cose).
Sono tornata a gennaio, ma dopo la prima settimana ho iniziato a sentirmi un po’ male, ma pensavo fosse solo un raffreddore. Ma dopo due settimane ho iniziato ad avere una tosse davvero forte, più forte di notte e che non mi lasciava dormire. Sono andato dal medico, mi ha fatto un Krankmeldung ma niente di più.
Oggi stavo ripulendo la mia stanza quando ho trovato questo. Non è solo la parte nera, perché c’è anche una specie di fungo bianco che non è così facile da vedere.
Cosa dovrei fare? Dovrei provare a pulirlo da solo? Devo mostrarlo al mio padrone di casa? Prenderebbe i soldi dal mio deposito per risolvere il problema?

pretty sure you can buy anti mold cleaning sprays. put on a facemask and gloves, do a line of whatever drug you do for motivation and get to scrubbin
Clean that mould right away with pure white vinegar. Keep a close eye on that.
Yer, use some chlorine anti mold cleaner and wipe that shiet. It will smell like chlorine for some hours/days. I recomend as much lüften as possible
Also looks like a leak, is the bathroom next to this wall? Keep an eye out.
Inform your landlord! Yes, it might be troublesome, but if it’s not just because of humidity, it’s better to act as soon as possible and find a permanent solution. I say this because it might be a leak.
(Leaving the window “gekippt” is more likely to lead to issues like mold, you should have just left the heater on winter mode and the window closed.)
Is the wall actually wet to the touch? It definitely appears to be.
There is fungus among us!
Was the mattress placed directly on the ground and at the wall? If yes, the mold could be inside the Mattress as well.
Or ist there a hidden bedframe underneath?
