L'”effetto Macron” dà impulso al designer francese di occhiali. Nell’officina di Henry Jullien, le macchine funzionano a pieno ritmo da quando il presidente francese Macron è apparso in pubblico indossando gli occhiali da sole dell’azienda.

Founded in 1921 and specialising in high-end “made in France” eyewear, the company has seen its sales skyrocket in just a few days.

  2. I never really got the advertising effect of celebrities or public personalities. Like, I saw the Macron Aviator pictures but it never occured to me to have an urge to buy new shades now lol.

yes, all the euro men are dying to emulate the lifestyle that says:

“if you buy these sunglasses, you too can be a 170 cm ‘world leader’ of a faded exploitive colonial empire with no political future who was groomed by his ostensibly female a sexual predator teacher as a preteen and is still subservient to her emotional control and documented physical abuse. You too can look like a strapping Rafale pilot (before you get sent to the ground in a crumpled pile of flames by the military superpower Pakistan). These are great for when you get Trump’s boot polish in your eyes by accident or if you don’t want people to see how much you’ve been crying. ”

but on the other hand, I guess it’s not an as ridiculously embarrassing ‘look’ as seeing an inbred balding member of ‘royalty’ of an equally has-been empire cosplaying in a formal military uniform with a chest full of medals.

Fucking hell. 659 bucks for a pair of shades ??? Even my prescription glasses don’t cost HALF THAT.

Who tf buys such expensive glasses after seeing Macron wearing them ?

100% the expected outcome. This was an ad and I hate Macron for doing that.
