Un uomo anziano che abbiamo evacuato da Kupiansk è sopravvissuto a un’esplosione nel 2022. L’esplosione è avvenuta vicino a casa sua, colpendo solo le fondamenta. È stato estremamente fortunato a sopravvivere. Più di un mese dopo, è stato finalmente evacuato. Kupiansk rimane pericolosa e sono ancora urgentemente necessarie evacuazioni civili.
