It’s not uncommon for students and workers to have this kind of situation

The fact some people are ok with this says it all really .

And on top of it, there will be absurd rules like no cooking etc
I’m sure that if you ask the owner of this place, they will say there’s no housing crisis we don’t need more houses

Maybe not 1100 but Monday to Friday was pretty common with students who went home on the weekends. It would usually be a Sunday Night to Thursday night though

Genuinely if you are a student that goes home at the weekends that’s pretty decent.

Mon to Fri is fine for a rent a room, it’s better than not having places like this for a lot of people. The price on the other hand, offensive.

Monday to Friday renting isn’t new. But it was a spare bedroom in a house near a college and didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Does that mean you would have to move all your belongings out every Friday?

    “Hi, is this still available?”

    *“Yes.”*

    “I’m not surprised.”

I say about 95% of places to rent in my area are the same as this, sometimes you can stay the weekend but it’s an extra €100/€200 for each weekend you stay.
