Ho dovuto inviare una lettera al mio padrone di casa e deve pervenire entro il 3 febbraio. Ho difficoltà a capire se è stato consegnato o meno e la traduzione in inglese della pagina web non aiuta molto.

The letter hasn’t been delivered yet, it’s still on its way
“befindet sich in der Zustellung” means that postal man took it and, most likely, will deliver today. However, sometimes they have no time and deliver can be postponed.
The latest status is “The Letter is being delivered”, which is normally the state when it gets loaded into the vehicle that does the last mile.
If this is what you see today, it would be a bit strange, as this is the last status reported as of yesterday, but a delivery should not be longer than a few hours in that state. It’s either delivered after that, or gets scheduled for another attempt or return if this did not work for some reason.
