Of course they would support it as long as they’re part of the core. A few years back when this proposal first came up more seriously Poland was not included and they were very vocal against it.

Not even opening up the “when will they adopt Euro?” can of worms.

Other states could always join later as Draghi pointed out.

How can Poland be in favour of a capital markets union without being in favour of using the euro?

No thanks. If you do this, the EU will be made up again of first class and second class citizens.

  5. nothing says a “united europe” than some being in a Capital Market Union and the rest…. to join later 😉😉😉

Does it mean Poland is joining the Eurozone or we’re not quite there yet?

While I agree in principle it looks like these are the big countries doing their thing while leaving the small ones out yet again.

As a citizen of a *non-premium* EU country, I fully endorse whatever path leads to a Federation of European Nations capable of actually wielding influence in the new world order.

**This seems to be the path of least resistance to get there.** (eventually)

As Prime Minister of Poland, herr Tusk would say: Fur Deutschland!
I find it really disturbing that instead of focusing to become more and more independent and self-sufficient they keep pushing to become that childish “Federation”.
