That cabbage-and-ham salad is one of my favorites. Simple and delicious.
You chop cabbage, add ham, mix it with sour cream and seasonings. Canned peas are optional. Cheap, fast and yummy.
Note: As you realise, **I currently serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but my wife will ship these items internationally on my behalf.**

First pic looks like (I’m totally guessing now) tinned ham, sliced white cabbage and some sort of boiled potatoes in a stew something??? Second pic, vegetable soup?
I’m not familiar with Ukrainian cuisine so please bear with me.
