The only “newcomers” seem to be predominantly Middle Eastern and Balkan types like I2a, G and J2 that can be traced to historical events like influx of refugees fleeing the Ottomans, military colonization by king Stephen Batory or the settlement of Armenians.
The weird part is that I would expect an increased share of R1b due to Western European (mainly German) settlement but, it’s almost non existent. Maybe there’s no increase at all beyond mathematically plausible random shift.
