Looking at the map, there’s two massive gaffs there. I really hope that is 5 hours per month not per day of gardening and housecleaning (or light maintenance as they call it)?

Fwiw, that location for a grand a month is amazing. Even factoring in a bit of gardening.
It’s 5 hours gardening a day.
Live in gardener wanted.
Must be willing to pay for the privilege.
Even slaves didn’t have to pay their masters every month.
