Di recente ho visto il post riguardante Betreibungsamt e volevo ricevere alcune riflessioni aggiuntive sui prossimi passi..
Sono andato all’ufficio locale delle esecuzioni e ho ritirato lo Zahlungsbefehl.
(Prima di tutto, vivo a Basilea e capisco che è mia responsabilità imparare lo svizzero-tedesco, cosa che sto provando, ma ho davvero difficoltà a farlo…). L’agente parlava un inglese quasi perfetto e mi ha detto che non poteva spiegarlo in inglese e mi ha semplicemente consegnato lo Zahlungsbefehl. Mi sono scusato per non parlare la lingua, l’ho ringraziato e me ne sono andato. Ora due cose.
- Non sono completamente sicuro di dove e quanto dovrei pagare? Come allegato nell’immagine la somma ammonta a 370 per la quota SERAFE + spese di sollecito.
Ciò che mi confonde è il Betreibungskosten (?) in fondo alla lista. Come suggerito, ho inviato due e-mail negli ultimi due giorni e non ho ricevuto risposta sul costo esatto. La data in cui devo pagare si avvicina e penso che non dovrei aspettare la loro risposta. Dovrei semplicemente pagare 350+20 = 370
Per quanto riguarda il pagamento, è allo Zahistelle con il numero IBAN dove pago? oppure devo andare all’ufficio esecuzioni per effettuare il pagamento? Non sono riuscito a trovare una reception o un banco informazioni in ufficio per porre ulteriori domande al riguardo..

Give them a call and ask them how much exactly you will have to pay on the specific day, as there is an interest (which is stated in german on the bottom left).
You will have to pay the Betreibungsamt – with the iban they provided (on the bottom right).
It’s really annoying that they can’t just write the total amount.
Just call them and ask. They’re usually super friendly and seem genuinely happy when you call. They’re pleased as soon as they realise you’re actually trying to pay. Most of their “clients” are probably a pain the ass and don’t want to pay.
Wtf i received also two times a betreibung and they were ble to write jow much the betreibungskosten are
Give them a call and ask them how much you need to pay.
There is a “Betr. Nr.” At the top of your letter. They need that to find your betreibung.
They can send you a notice for your mobile banking via Email.
