    Magyar’s response:

Today, what had already been suspected became clear: around 2023, the Orbán government tried by all means to conceal the fact that people were actually being poisoned and brutal environmental damage was taking place at the Samsung SDI battery factory in Göd.

Everything that defines the Orbán regime was present here: corruption, secret services, silencing of the press, importation of economic migrants, hundreds of billions in subsidies for an investment that poisoned Hungarians with carcinogenic substances, endangering the water resources of the Danube Bend, the Mészáros investment, and submission to foreign companies. There was one thing Viktor Orbán’s government did not concern itself with: the health of the people working in the factory and living in the surrounding area.

The future TISZA government will investigate all abuses related to investments in the battery industry, disclose secret government decisions, and determine who is responsible for allowing plants that seriously harm human health to operate even without a license.

TISZA will establish a national battery industry authority and review the environmental and operating permits of all plants. It will ensure full compliance with EU and Hungarian health and environmental regulations. If any plant endangers the health of its workers or the people living in the surrounding area, we will immediately suspend its operations.
