My Irish isn’t fantastic, but it seems to be a version of The Lord’s Prayer.

Our Father Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name, May your kingdom come, May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. (And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,)

As other people have said, it is a version of the Lord’s Prayer. Interestingly, as well as being written in the cló gaelach, it also uses the pre-standardisation spellings of words, for example “ár n-arán laetheamhail” would nowadays be spelled “ár n-arán laethúil.”
