who is the “other owner” and do they have any right to decide? Maybe OP has some more context, or someone can enlighten me.
Well. Sure I understand the critics but the seller is probably friends with their current neighbors and wants to leave them a desired situation. They can choose to sell to who ever they want. That’s the fact.
