Best thing they could do there is prevent ownership as holiday homes. West Clare is empty during the winter.
I guarantee the locals will have a long list of objections and demands.
Lads, this is how they do suburban and rural housing all over Belgium and the Netherlands and it’s beautiful. I’m putting in a submission in support.
