quindi ho un grosso problema con il mio pacco lol (l’ho spedito) intorno alle 12:00 prima ho ricevuto un’e-mail, poi questa… non capisco più, ogni volta che provo a chiamare DPD non rispondono (mi servono i soldi dal mio pacco lmao)

The recipient did not pick it up.
this is a bug in their notification system, I got exactly the same. if you are shipping outside of germany, put the tracking number in the website of the relevant dpd partner to find the actual information (e.g. chronopost for france).
