      The stewards will be flat out.

      From a sporting perspective, That’s a group we should be topping and a guaranteed playoff spot for the next Euros.

      There will be massive pressure to boycott the two Israel games. Although a packed Lansdowne Road with 40,000 Palestinian flags and 2 or 3 nil win, would make some statement.

      Boycott the fixture is the only moral option. Take the points loss. But they won’t because is fucking soccer and someone will be paid off and it will come to light in 8 years in a scandal. Also, why the fuck is Israel in UEFA?

      Ireland should play in Palestinian colours.
      They’ve got the green and white, just add in a bit of black and red.

      (obvious, I know nothing about the rules regarding strips, etc: but it would be a very nice and powerful statement)
