    By 2027 EVs will have reached price parity with ICE cars for all models.

    I think by late 2028 we’ll hit 50% of new cars BEVs. Which is a significant milestone.

    The Hyundai Inster seems like excellent value. It’ll sell loads.

    I wonder what the broader implications will be by the 2030s when 80 or 90% of new cars are EV.

    Will petrol stations start to close down? Will the air in our cities be measurably cleaner? Dublin Bus plans to be fully electric by 2035.

    Self driving taxis will surely be here by then also.

    Good to see a growth in popularity for EVs seemingly without a real corresponding boost for Tesla
