Rutte is full of shit. It’s actually the opposite. There’s no security *with* the US.
The US, which threatens to annex Denmark and boost Russophiles across Europe is a security guarantee according to Rutte.
Not only can 600 million Europeans defend themselves, but they can become a global superpower to rival and surpass the US. Which is likely what he’s really worried about.
