Aside from the wacko architecture “inspired” by Pirosmani, supra, and Meskhetian darbazes, I find it particularly funny that they are planning an “artificial river” through the middle of the territory, while there are actually two natural rivers on either side of it. They also manage to promise a new metro line, two new highways, a new footbridge over Mtkvari, and new train stations on the rail line (which is something I’ve been suggesting for years, but last I heard they wanted to remove the rail line from the city center completely?) Icing on the cake is that the AI generated a British flag instead of a Georgian one in one of the shots and no one seems to have noticed (no one seems to have noticed that the voiceover audio is monoed to the left channel either).

This is Misha-era Lazika-level shit and I hope it’s a sign that they’re about to go the way of Misha when he got on his Lazika kick.
