In Germania è legale che un amministratore di condominio blocchi un annuncio politico?

Of course they can lock the billboard, but the question is if they can use it for party ads. I would recommend r/legaladvicegerman for the legal angle.

Personally, I would just get some “Nazis raus” stickers and put them on the glass. Then enjoy a laminated DIN A4 boomer rage note in the staircase. And then put a sticker on that, too.

No. Your stairwell is a public space and your Hausverwaltung is not allowed to hijack it for partisan purposes.

They are legally required to remain neutral.

I assume that, as long as it’s not a state actor and the election advertising is limited to posters in the hallway (meaning, for example, no flyers in mailboxes), then it would probably be legal.

For me, however, it would be grounds for termination if my landlord supported a far-right political party.

  4. You could inform the owner what the administration has done.

I’d create a meme with “AFD – because Hitler ist verhindert”. and stick it exactlöy over the ads <3

Did the Company you rent from hang it or was it maybe the caretaker? You could make an anonymous complain. Maybe the Company doesn’t know about it.

  7. It probably won’t take long until someone puts some stickers over it or picks that shitty lock.

I would start by investigating whether the administrating company (Hausverwaltung) and the landlord of yours is in the know what is going on here. Different employees may have a key to this lock and it may also have been the janitor or somebody else without the knowledge of the administration. This depends on the set up of who the owner, the landlords, the Hausverwaltung is.
