I know at least about 2 polish gymnasiums, one in Riga and second in Daugavpils(Dynaburg). Idk about photo
P.S as I know schools are partially funded by poland
this photo is kind of lacking context, so idk.
we have schools in Latvia where you can learn other languages and cultures like polish schools or estonian, lithuanian, ukrainian, jewish schools, english, german, nordic gymnasiums, french lyceum etc. but in all of these schools the language of learning is latvian. the other languages/cultures are just an extra additional thing
Considering the subject is propaganda amd freedom, this photo might be real.
