Dopo che in una città francese è stata approvata una nuova legislazione per combattere il continuo problema della cacca dei cani nelle strade, i proprietari di cani devono sottoporsi al test del DNA dei loro animali domestici.
Questa nuova regola sui test obbligatori è stata introdotta da Robert Menard, sindaco di Beziers. Ciò significa che gli spazzini ora preleveranno campioni da tutti gli escrementi trovati in città che verranno poi analizzati per identificare il proprietario del cane incriminato.

As a dog owner I am all for such solution
But:
Not just fines but also cost of DNA testing is on moronic owner.
Don’t burden taxpayers with that cost.
meanwhile it’s a fucking minefield in Poland right now.

We can DNA test dog poo so we can fine you.
No no no no having paternity DNA test to prove you are not the father and she cheated on you is forbidden and illegal.
Hell yeah.
It could be 50 000 in Poland but this is pointless without proper execution. I don’t even know anyone who knows someone who would hear about fining dog owner for not vaccinating dog against rabies
