I cant blame them. When I went to Budapest last summer I was surprised how many anti-Ukraine/EU billboards, banners and ads they had everywhere, but especially on the outskirts (coming from the airport). I was thinking if the money they spent on the propaganda would go to the public services, maybe the city wouldnt look so run down.

It’s crazy how much funding the party has. It’s more campaigning than even what we see in presidential elections in rich Western nations.
And all campaigns are begging the voters to make Hungary a poor totalitarian satellite state like Belarus. The big utopian dream is to not merely be the poorest nation in EU, but the poorest nation in their region.
