      So they should. They reported a 73% jump in profits, but are still not restarting the staff bonus scheme.
      A decent pay rise is only fair.

      It just goes to show that successful businesses not rewarding their employees are choosing to do that for no reason other than greed.

      John Lewis have been great as one of my Amazon replacements, would recommend.
