    1. Feel free to waste a bunch of money on a lawyer to “give them some shit”, you probably won’t gain anything from it

    2. I wouldn’t care as long as I get my money back. Sure it’s annoying, because this seems unusual.

If the price was obviously much lower than it should have been, then it might be a „fundamental error“ (Art. 23 f. OR). Honestly I think this is not worth it and I’d just take the refund.

Depends on the sum. If it really was “obviously too low” it’s their legal right to cancel.

this looks like a Marketplace seller (tf is AOSOM lol), not galaxus itself, id expect more professional communication/data checking from first party listings. in fact, the reason this probably happened is that they bunged up the data connection between their system and galaxus

anyway, what is the price difference range between your confirmed order, and the “real price”? or what kind of product are we talking about?

because “obviously wrong” (as aosom claims) pricing doesn’t have to be honored, but a court ruled that for example that doesn’t count for an iphone being offered at ~300chf (honestly don’t know exactly anymore was during the time where it was like 700 new)

I’m definitely not going to waste my time. Just wanted to share with the community…

Stuff like this can happen, the mail still feels weird.
I‘d expect them to tell you which order is affected and not just >Products<.
Check your order to confirm this first.
And if it’s true you can’t really do anything against it. If the price was “obviously” to high/low then the contract between you and the seller is invalid.
This ain’t worth an angry email.

Dont accept. There is “Schaufensterhaftung” and if the difference is not absolutely obvious e.g. factor 10 or 100, then they gotta grant it

    9. hey OP, wth would Galaxus.ch send u a mail with a name “Special” and in the description it says “[WICHTIG]” in brackets?! that looks so fake. show me the email address. this mail never came from galaxus.ch

EDIT: and one more thing. if you have placed an order with galaxus.ch, you can simply log on to their site and look at your current situation under orders.

Tell them you dispute their dispute. This looks like an easy win. I’m just not sure how to go about it.

Who the fuck at Galaxus writes “mit freundliche Grüssen” with a circumcised B?

Are you sure it’s not a fake mail?

Well u tried to buy the whole stock obviously and it’s not like u didn’t see the error. Why are u abusing?

    13. Same happened to me. Check out their German Website, obviously the discounts were only for Germany. In Switzerland we have to pay the full price, as we all are so rich …

I’ve had this several times with Fust; you’d be amazed the number of times a category or keyword search, sorted by accending price, including a few experimental options etc can return items which have clearly been mistakenly input or overlooked or are old test products, but which will still allow you to checkout and pay.

The last time, I bought two roomba vacuums (one is called a scuba, it’s like a mop instead of a vacuum) and got both for about chf15 each when their RRP is over chf500 or something. While checking out, I decided that one each want enough and bought chf100’s worth each, then checked out with about chf600 in total on my order.

Needless to say everything else arrived, and when I chased up the missing vacuums, they denied all knowledge even though they could clearly see my invoice. They just arbitrarily decided not to honour it, and that’s why I don’t shop at Fust anymore.

While you’re reading this, check out AliExpress before buying anything in Switzerland. 90% of the time you can find the exact same thing as sold on Digitech etc for a fraction of the price
