Yeah it’s sadly becoming more and more. It’s rediculous but I’ve had this happen twice 🙁

I think they think that’s a way to “place it in a secure place”. Call amazon and complain, it’ll stop very quickly.

It can happen but it actually shouldn’t. I guess they do this when no one is home and they wanna keeo the package “safe”

And honestly, this is better then letting it get drenched in the rain. But trust me, I’ve seen worse

This is fine for me. I prefer this than to have to go pick it up at the kiosk. But my bf who is a manager of Amazon delivery is against it 😂 I order only from Vinted so I suppose with Amazon is different because they will deliver again next day route

Its not not normal here.  Best thing to.do is claim you didn’t get it. You get your money back and you didn’t directly get this idiot in trouble with work.

    6. Only if you marked them to do something like that. We have in all delivery apps said that they can leave packages under the stairs.

No, it’s not normal. Register for Packstation and you get your stuff delivered there. Makes everything easier. It’s been working wonderful for me for at least 15 years.

I had a DHL driver that would always do this and leave a note in the mailbox. But I live in a house.

I don’t think this is an issue at all. Better like this than getting wet in the rain

Safe, and probably they were thinking that it would rain or snow, at least it’s dry 😂

    11. Not normal, I’ve even asked them to do this a couple of times as my entrance is right beside a walkway so in front of my doorstep is the least *secure place* but they still don’t leave it in the bin.

Unsere Postsklaven rebellieren Mal wieder.

I think it’s fine. Be glad that your package wasn’t stolen. The courier just wanted to make sure your package wouldn’t disappear. If it bothers you, you can leave a note for the courier asking them not to leave your package in the trash bin.

Yes when u put in notes to be delivered in blue bin when u are nit home
So put clear instructions and all be good

Of all the times I put instructions of “hinter dem äbfalltonne”, I’m glad they did just that, and not this.
