The wisdom of China is vastly noticeable. China continues to build partnerships and gain allies.
China, which has a “no limits” partnership with Russia? Be pissed at Trump all you want to, but the only things Germans care about is money. They were more than happy to keep buying Russian gas after it invaded Crimea, they were happy to sell out their own industries for sales in China even while China copied their tech and put those German businesses out of business. Why should Poland or the Baltic states want a closer union with Germany? EU integration is only an excuse for Germany and France to exert more control.
Yeah lets all go separately instead as a block and all get played.🤦♀️
There was recently a scandal with a Dutch company, and EU leaders were threatening to tear China apart.
But the wind has changed.
So what now?
In six months, will Merz be going to the Kremlin and posing for photos with him on Red Square?

What’s up with Merz these days?
China and Europe had discussed strategic partnership agreements when Merkel was in office. They were abandoned by her successors as Germany and Europe decided to go all in as American poodles. Guess someone finally got tired of being slapped, kicked and spat on all the time.
Worked great last time Germany partnered with Russia.
Why not partner with Russia’s patron?

The CDU has a proud history of flipflopping on the matter of China like no other country. Merkel courted them in 2016, claimed that that had been a big mistake in 2020. In 2023 the love for China had a resurgence and now we’re open again for strategic partnerships. Guess who will be “der Systemfeind” again three years from now.
Translation: Germany is going to be outsourcing manufacturing to China so that they can use cheap Russian gas in China.
