This is silly.It’s not misleading to showcase the potential of a property. Homebuyers are going to be out with the notepad and measuring tape and checking out the place before they buy. If they are fooled by already exaggerated non ai photographs of a property, they have bigger problems. It’s a great idea to have an AI comparative , assuming that the original property photo is published alongside. I presume the powers that be are going to loose their minds next over a property been styled for sale. The garden ai rendering is a great way to see the potential of a future home for persons who don’t have the time, energy or creativity to plan and execute a garden.

The Tánaiste thanked the deputy for raising what he said was a serious issue, stating that it is misleading to people and can waste people’s time who go along to view a property that has been spruced up by AI, only to find it is in a much different.

Beyond AI, I’d be more concerned with lack of supply and pricing. What used to be inflated prices is now common.
