    Not bad! Actually looks very tasteful. Just one thing – the meat in Svíčkova is usually larded, which creates the signuture taste. Very good try however, keep on cooking 🙂

    Looks pretty good. As a tip, the meat should be covered by the sauce. Would make the sauce a bit smoother/looser/”diluted”.
