Recentemente ho aperto una GmbH e ho ricevuto questa lettera. Come dice il titolo, non sono sicuro che sia qualcosa di reale, devo davvero farci qualcosa? Non avevo mai sentito parlare di questa azienda e sembra piuttosto anonima..

It’s not a scam per se — it’s simply a grey area attempt to new Business Owners to get them pay Services that are absolutely nothing worth. So Don’t pay it.
Unfortunately this one is legit.
if you make a hr (handelsregister) register for your business you get man „sketchy“ mail for everything – from searchengine listening to abo for weekly coffee etc

Annoying, but real. I have a company with 10 employees (which seems to be part of their calculations for how much you owe) and the bill was 48 CHF.
