      It is not a world war without the majority of the great powers participating. That means as long as the US, UK, France and China don’t join in, no WW3.

      By now I think he should be claiming it’s WW4, the WW3 narrative got old like two years ago.

      Lets be honest he HOPES it becomes World War 3, that’s his best chance of getting the great powers reengaged in a level is makes a difference.

      Ukraine is doing a great job holding the line but without extra help soon he’s going to be forced into a negotiated settlement of some type
