Before someone defends them, no this is not acceptable.
Parking in front of a garage or a reserved area in an emergency is ok if there is no alternative as it is an inconvenience and not a hazard.
In this case, a double yellow line in a corner means that they are actively causing a dangerous situation and is never excusable.
The problem is that most of TM/LESA have boiled cabbage for brains and they cannot tell the difference.
My favourite was the warden I saw on video call driving a TM car.
This is the sole reason why I have my car fully tinted they don’t give a fuck I don’t give a shit personally
