It‘s a class action law suit.
IIRC you sell your right to claim some compensation for getting 50€ instantly instead of getting the full court ruled compensation if you got to court yourself.
And it‘s possible, that meta locks your account, because you sued them.
Christian Solmecke is one of the few and far between actually competent, actually knowledgeable YouTube personalities. He is a lawyer in a law firm and produces videos about laws that change, note worthy legal proceedings etc.
One of the sponsors of that YouTube channel is a company financing legal suits. They also buy claims from people, i.e. you sell them your legal claim, get 50 € on your bank account and they procede to fight out their class-action lawsuit with your claimes (or is it actually clame? Claymore? I am not spelling properly anymore today) included, but you won’t see anything if it gets through.
It is legit – if this does not happen to be a impersonating ad that just copies the original but leads to some dangerous site once you click on it. Deepfaking YouTube personalities has been a thing for years – on YouTube itself!
So basically you got 3 options:
1) Sell your “right to sue” to this lawfirm for 50€ immediately.
2) Sue them yourself. (Costly could take long)
3) Wait the for class-action lawsuit and join that.
This is legit, my mother sold her “claim” to this lawfirm and got the 50€ pretty fast.
This is Privacy ReClaimed advertised by Christian Solmecke (a lawyer who got famous on youtube (think legaleagle). As far as a i understand, you _sell_ your right to claim compensation to Privacy ReClaimed, who are in a class-action lawsuit with google.
You sell your right to sue meta for damages to them for 50€. The law firm thinks they have a very high chance of winning more than 50€ in damages per person in court.
If they win they keep the difference. If they lose bad luck for them.
That’s all there is to it.
