    I often wonder what those on the mainland think of Northern Ireland… Who doesn’t have water charges.

    Not paying bills in protest might sound like a good idea, but its not, if you ever dream of getting a mortgage or ever need to renew your mortgage your interest rates will sky rocket, it can effect a lot of financial aspects of your life, and your spouses to.
