I am beyond relieved that job postings will finally disclose salaries.
The amount of time that gets wasted (both for employee and employer) by employers keeping this a secret until last minute is infuriating.
Dus eigenlijk geeft deze hr manager toe dat ze mensen te weinig betalen en als ze dat op voorhand wisten, niet gesolliciteerd hadden. Ik vind dit helemaal ok, minder tijdsverlies…
Cant read the article but i ecpect this to increase the competition. Im glad this happens but wonder about if the extras are mandatory as well. The details of these advantages matter a lot to me as well.
I can also imagine that this puts SME in a tougher position.
