Thank God our rental market is attractive to foreign investors again, I was really worried for a while that I wouldn’t have the privilege to live in a flat that was owned by a foreign investor, or worse, by me!

I am shocked they went through with it. I’m all for increased tenant rights but applying this to small or accidental landlords was stupidity in motion. Forced to sell once my tenants hand in their notice.

Rent controls is always a terrible idea.
