if there existed some sort of pact…some kind of union…which would create an environment for a deeper economic cooperation.

So they want deeper economic ties with the EU, but also Reform is leading in the polls. Cant have both buddies, good luck with that.
I wonder whether the EU would agree to rename itself the New Great British Empire, and the euro the Commonwealth Pound.I’m sure most Brits would happily rejoin under those conditions.After all, you’d have to make a few concessions for the honour of welcoming the great British nation into your little union.
