È questa una ripartizione abbastanza accurata del costo della vita di una famiglia a Gjøvik? E che dire delle altre parti del paese (come Stavanger)? Mio marito è cittadino norvegese, quindi anche lui riceverebbe dei benefici. Al momento non viviamo lì, ma sta cercando lavoro e voglio essere il più informato possibile.

Don’t know about Gjøvik, but you probably won’t get 3 bedrooms for 15k in the Stavanger area unless you know people. And utilities are probably around 3k if you rent (which 15-20k suggests).
The monthly expenses overview makes sense more or less. For a family of 4 with two working adults, you can easily get a combined income of 55000-60000 kr. That will allow you to live well and create buffers/savings, but you will not be rich.
