If Georgia is European, why not Uzbekistan? Why not Xinjiang autonomous region?
So the meaning is clear:
Chavchavadze is holding a star colored as the Georgian flag, but this is not the correct color to complete the EU flag. Therefore the star will not fit, Georgia does not belong in the EU and Chavchavadze can’t go through the door.
