That’s unreal, where was that train stored for no one to notice what was happening 🫨

Do you need me to be impresseed by the artwork or enraged by the vandalism? Im more the first to be honest!

This should be encouraged in a professional manner.

Street art is incredible when done well

I feel like we could strike some sort of balance, a lot of Graffiti artists are very talented so why not just pay em to make the trains, unused walls, and the shop metal doors look nice, as opposed to em just tagging it with their names and getting punished with some poor lads forced to clean it up.

I normally have no issue with something like this (in the right places) but if you’re covering the windows and glass as well you’re definitely just an obnoxious piece of shit

I’d be more inclined to call it art if they sprayed a landscape or something nice, instead its just them tagging their name.

I love looking out the window on trains so spraying the windows kinda sucks

Either way, Irish rail will pay a decent sum to clean this, meaning the taxpayer foots the bill.

All the people saying “vandalism” and “cost money to taxpayers” have ye ever travelled outside of Ireland ? Plenty of spray paint around that looks beautiful, and is left there to stay beautiful. Personally I think that train looks a lot happier than the standard depressing train in the grey train station surrounded by grey and grey and grey and grey and grey everywhere.

We need a bit of paint… And power washing 🤣

That train is now out of service now, I don’t think some bright colours and crap graffiti art are worth that tbh.

Yall need to understand its not art if its depredating public stuff. This is just vandalism. If the council gave permission that would be fine. But innocent employees will beed to be cleaning that for the next upcoming days.

Plus its not even nice lol ive seen better

Ffs that’s getting as bad as France. I was often stuck on French commuter trains where you couldn’t see out because the windows had been painted over by some connard with a set of spray cans.
