The number of drones and participating companies will change across phases two to four.

As much as America is amongst the worst out there, them buying Ukrainian Drones would be good for Ukraine’s economy, one downside means that anything America gets its hands on will have information about it given to Russia, should that happen then Ukraine should reverse engineer Patriot Air Defence Systems, their Missiles, F16s and anything else America has sent Ukraine at various points
