      This is not new, it’s more of an commitment of the new government to continue the aid to Ukraine. The Netherlands also committed to 3.5 billion in 2025 if I remember correctly.

      Also note that this is on top from the support coming from the EU.

      This is essentially the Estonian plan of committing 0.25% of GDP for multiple years.
      Ukraine needs this stability of commitments for their future planning.
