We either stand tall together, or small separately.
Encouraging to see UK, France and Germany *finally* start to recognise the situation they are in, in terms of collective security.
It’s reassuring to see leaders standing united Cyprus isn’t alone, and Europe showing solidarity sends a strong, positive message.
This is in no way caused by letting Americans use the base there for their strike campaign

It’s literally just the title. Like whoever wrote this had to fill a minimum required words in order to post something, so they chewed the title a bit and repeated it two more times and finished with “it’s strategically important to not let your allied neighbours be bombed to shit”.

My comment is probably longer and more detailed than the article.
I mean this is way more harmless than what Russia has been doing towards Romania or Poland. And how did it even travel to Cyprus without being shut down by either Turkey or any of the countries on the way from Iran to Europe.
I just hope we don’t join the US Israel in their evil attempt to create chaos and focus on building resilience. Maybe actually hit US big tech with taxes/tarrifs so US will stop this madness because they are indirectly screwing us over big time.
We can’t be dragged into the WW3. I don’t want my people (I see Dutch people as my people) to lose their lives for Cyprus… I also don’t want to be mobilized one day to fight in Cyprus/Greece/Ukraine/Poland.
