It’s been 700 years they deserve a retirement like anybody else. It’ll be a shame to lose such experienced employees but imagine still working at 700 years old!

Good the lords need reform just in a way to keep the modern purpose which also means making sure the government stops stacking it with yes men
It is insane that hereditary peers lasted this far into the 21st century. These people had the power to block laws.
