      If its a public website you could possibly at least share the username so some people may be warned.

      The first question is so incredibly insane, that I misinterpreted it as “What do you bring to the table?” at first. A weird way of asking “how would you fit in?”.

      The nationality question is quite normal, but given the previous comments, the context is already completely fucked.
