So I just found out that is related corporate taxes and not individual taxes. In Italy the people who signed documents are criminally responsible for corporation’s illegal actions.
In USA individuals are not held responsible.. Not the same as Italy.
So any wrong doing by corporations in Italy will means that their managers will be prosecuted..
A 50k fine should do it
