As someone who worked at a flower shop, florist buy flowers from Holland and it’s not cheap, flower prices fluctuate and go up on occasions like mother’s Day valentines day, what eflorist advertising is absolute disconnect from reality, first photo is worth about 80 and second about 15 not sure how much you paid to eflorist but after all charges florist works in the budget they receive and yes some florist are better and more creative then others, but you better of reaching out to your recipients local florist and making direct order, if it’s your mom or relative and you place order with them few times a year they will look after them and will make sure bouquet is worth every penny
P.s.Florists have Instagram and fb pages so you can actually see how good they are

used these fuckers before, they are actually based in england, even though they have a .ie domain aswell, the flowers that arrived where a disgrace, nothing like in the picture and delivered in a batter auld box, wilted and looked like they hadn’t seen water in weeks, would have made a nicer bouquet myself pulling roses off the bushes in a garden, check their online reviews. pretty negative overall

Same happened to me (England) – just emailed customer service now and I’m expecting nothing back 🤣 😭

How much did you pay? Local florist is always a better option

Would you not have noticed that the image in the ad was AI? Never buy from a company using AI for pictures of their product, the reality obviously won’t match up. How could it? It also implies the real thing doesn’t look good enough to use in an advertisement

It’s not just mother’s day. It’s all year round. A friend of mine lives up north so I ordered flowers for her online after some good news. What arrived was miserable compared to the online suggested image. I get that the exact same bouquet is not guaranteed but at least make it look good.

Did it specify on the order what would be delivered? They might be nice in a few days when the lilies open? Vase & choccies included?

I always go in person now to buy, however if your ordering online, then I would use MadFlowers, they supply most of the supermarkets

We ordered flowers from eFlorist for my sister in law for the birth of her son. Not only were the flowers late, but they were completely different, looked like they were half dead already. For Mother’s Day, we ordered flowers from Bloom for mum and they were beautiful, twice the price of eFlorist, but completely worth it.

I was caught out by them before. Lodge a complaint with them and request a refund, if they refuse a refund then ask for replacements, they’ll send you another set of shite flower then you can demand a refund. They should refund you or else you have clear grounds for a chargeback

I’ve had great success with the flower factory. Exactly what I’ve ordered was received!

Complain, when they inevitably do nothing chargeback, it’s clear you didn’t get what you paid for. Bank will side with you

It will look better when the Lillies bloom 😂

  14. Stop outsourcing your already minimal effort to third parties and you won’t have this problem lol

I had similar issues with eflorist where they sent completely difficult old dry flowers. Make sure to leave a nasty review, only way to make them pay.
