tego człowieka trzeba zgłosić do prokuratury i przymknąć, nie ma on prawa tak traktować swoich pracowników. musi on odpowiedzieć za swoje akcje, czy ktoś wie jak się on nazywa czy z jakiej firmy jest?
And there is white collar version of this not violance but explolation. They know your documents are depends on the company and switching the job is not easy as getting work permit takes almost half a year nowadays + you have 1 month to start a new job or leave the country.
