at our local bakery we have quinoa bread and it’s really nice, it’s a bit stretchy so it doesn’t create holes when you make bokes met choco. also it just tastes great and isn’t just default wit/grof bread.

I can only find it packed in like 6 -8 slices in a bag in Belgium and Netherlands. Wild.
